The NY budget( Leadership matters)

The Presentation of the NYS Budget Highlights what can be done, not only in NY & America with LEADERSHIP. Because right or wrong, whatever was in the budget paled in significance to the leadership that presented it!Leadership that can do, that will do, that is what was really presented in NYS's budget presentation. To put it simply LEADERSHIP matters!!! And whether you like  it or not, whether you are republican or democrat,you had to feel secure in and feel the power of the LEADERSHIP that was exemplified on the ESP(Empire State Plaza) last week. It was a textbook example of How to lead. And as the Budget Negotiations begin, its very clear who you want in your corner this legislative session! Leadership matters plain and simple!
